Shipping Policy for Queen Helene d/b/a AFAM Concept Inc.

At AFAM Concept Inc., we are committed to delivering your orders accurately and promptly. Please review our shipping policies below to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

U.S. Domestic Orders

We offer UPS Ground as our standard shipping method. Delivery options are also available for PO Box addresses and U.S. military base locations.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–10 business days for us to process your order. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be considered next business day orders.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 3:00 PM CST will continue processing on the following business day.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Customer not available at the time of delivery
  • Package exceeding the maximum hold time at a pick-up location

…the customer will be responsible for any redelivery costs.

Important: AFAM Concept Inc. is not responsible for packages lost or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information. No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect.

Once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made.

Lost or Stolen Packages

AFAM Concept Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address provided. Upon inquiry, we will provide:

Confirmation of delivery to the provided address

  • Date of delivery
  • Tracking information
  • Shipping carrier details

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for further investigation and should have their tracking number available.

Items Not in Stock

We strive to maintain immediate availability of all products. However, due to high demand, some items may be placed on backorder. In such cases, we will:

  • Notify you promptly
  • Ship all available items
  • Issue a store credit for items that are currently unavailable
